This is the worst scammers I ever have to deal with after I purchase 3 different sets of cartridges for 3 different printers and not one of them are working ....
......They can scam us but the printers recognize right the minute you put this BAD cartridges in that is not good ...you have to be very careful with there "GARBAGE " product because can damage your printer....and they will not refund your money ...they want to replace it with another there disaster cartridge and pay for shipping...
ABSOLUTELY stay away from those scammers .

ORDER 25631988. I have ordered ink cartridges for my HP Officejet 8720 2 or 3 times and have been very satisfied with how they work and how long the XL size lasts. I apparently haven't ordered for a while but 2 of my color cartridges are getting low so I checked my inventory. Turns out that one of them is the completely wrong cartridge but the right color. I took it out of the box to see if it was maybe the right one was just in the wrong box. It wasn't. So I went to their website and sent an email to customer service from there. It has been at least 3 months and I haven't heard back. I guess I'll have to call. I hope they will do the right thing. A lesson to be learned is to check ALL orders even if you are only ordering to have backup stock. 8/9/2021 EDIT. They refused because the order is over 30 days. It is a very old order but I expected them to do the right thing since it was their mistake.

The toner cartridges performed well and the replacement worked perfectly at all times. Lovely experience.

They sent me a cartridge that didn't work in my printer - this after I called to make sure I was ordering the correct one. Their site says they guarantee 100% satisfaction, but although they refunded me for the faulty cartridge, they would not refund the $5.35 I paid in shipping. They said the shipping service had been performed so there was no refund. Every other company that has ever sent me a faulty product has refunded the shipping costs. The fault was theirs, but I have to swallow the shipping cost. I ordered a cartridge for less than half the price from Greencycle, with no shipping charge, and it works perfectly. I will not be buying from 123Inkjets again!

Totally satisfied. First cartridge received was defective. A quick phone call got an apology, and a new cartridge arrived 3 days later.

Loved the customer service. I will order again frm these guys. It was one of the best experiences I ever had
